Alignmentality
Alignmentality is an immersive illuminated artwork honoring the San Marcos River and the 2024 solar eclipse, projected onto the Hays County Historic Courthouse.
​VR artist Topher Sipes, multi-media painter Alicia Philley, and projection artist Jasna Boudard have created an abstract animation in virtual reality using the vivid colors and forms from five of Philley's paintings and sculptures. They projection mapped this video onto the three-story columns of the Courthouse and further illuminated the iconic facade with color-shifting LEDS.
Showings on April 6th and 7th from 8pm-10pm.

Re-Alignmentality
The artists also created a side project named "Re-Alignmentality" for the San Marcos Studio Tour, featuring the same video projection mapped directly onto an installation of Philley's sculptures for a more immersive and intimate experience.
