"Moving Spirits" is a video installation series exploring the body's movement through "Dancing Spirits" and "Caged Spirits".

​The figures featured in this piece were instructed to move their bodies according to their mobility capacity. In other words, some could freely dance while others were restricted by handicaps. This visual survey of movement was then inverted through video editing to give them the appearance of spirits. When projected, these isolated figures create the illusion of dancing in a space or being caged within a container .
